Tackling health inequalities in the North West
So far, £10.7 million has been raised through The Health Lottery in the North West.
Thanks to this money, 317 local projects have been funded by People’s Health Trust since 2011.
Health Lottery North West raises money to help reduce health inequalities in the North West of England. It does this by running a society lottery and working collaboratively with independent charity, People's Health Trust, to develop local interventions.
We donate the good causes funds we raise to People's Health Trust, who invest these in communities wishing to make their neighbourhoods even better places to grow, live, work and age.
Thanks to money raised so far, projects such as Wigan and Leigh Young Carers, Wave Adventure and Space4Autism have received much-needed support.
Health Lottery North West has its draws on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout September. Click here to play The Health Lottery.
